3. Purchase a ticket for the Hospitali-TEE on 18th OR Hospitali-Tee Lounge and automatically stand a change to win the NGC VVIP Prize.
4. By purchasing a ticket/s for the Hospitali-TEE on 18th OR Hospitali-Tee Lounge, your name and surname will automatically be entered into a draw to stand a chance to win the NGC VVIP Prize.
5. Any ticket/s listed under the travel / sports agencies are excluded and do not qualify to enter the draw for the NGC VVIP competition.
6. Any ticket/s booked under any travel / sports agency, or a company are excluded and do not qualify to enter the draw for the NGC VVIP competition.
7. A winning ticket should be listed to a particular guest’s name and surname. A ticket listed under a company name does not qualify and will be excluded.
8. Should a ticket/s be purchased by a travel / sports agency or by a company, the actual tickets should be listed under the name and surname of the end client who will be the one attending the tournament with the ticket.
9. The NGC VVIP Prize is not redeemable for cash.
10. The NGC VVIP Prize is not transferable. Should you be a winner and unable to take up on the prize. Tournament reserves the right to forfeit the winner and draw a new winner.

Who is Eligible to Enter the Competition

11. All participants in the promotional competition must be over the age of 18 and must reside in the Republic of South Africa.
12. All participants must have purchased a Hospitali-TEE lounge ticket for any dates between and including 4 to 7 December 2024.
13. The following persons, however, are not allowed to enter the competition:
    1. the directors or members and employees of the Promoter, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
    2. the Promoter’s agents, consultants, marketing service providers (including directors, members, employees, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members); and
    3. any company that has supplied any contribution towards the prize (where applicable) (including such company’s employees, business partners or immediate family members of such employees).

Prize Winners

14. The draw for prize winners of the competition will take place on Friday 28^th November 2024 at the offices of the Promoter.
15. The draw will be conducted by means of a random computer-generated draw.
16. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the competition judges shall be final and binding on all aspects of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The prize winner will be contacted by Jacaranda FM and announced live on radio.
18. If the prize winner cannot be reached after 3 attempts, an alternative winner will be drawn. Prizes must be claimed by 29^th of November.
19. Prizes are not transferable, and any prize not taken up for any reason will be subject to a separate draw and shall be allocated in terms of this competition to an alternative winner. The prizes shall not be exchanged for cash.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar commercial value.
21. Prize winners only qualify to receive the prize once all the prize winner’s details have been verified and confirmed, including compliance with the rules, and satisfying the qualifying criteria set by the Promoter.
22. Prizes will under no circumstances be handed over or paid to a third party and will only be handed over or paid directly to the verified prize winner.
23. In the case where the winner is not able to travel during this period, the Promoter is entitled to select an alternative winner.
24. The prize includes all items as advertised but excludes anything not expressly mentioned.
25. The winner and his/her partner must be available to travel to Sun City Resort over the period of 3 to 7 December 2024.

26. Purchase your Hospitali-TEE lounge ticket to the Nedbank Golf Challenge.
27. Complete the entry form on the Nedbank Golf Challenge website.
28. Ensure that the details used to purchase your tickets and those used to enter the VIP competition are the same.

General

29. All information relating to this competition published on any promotional material shall form part of the terms and condition of entry.
30. The Promoter, its associated companies, its agents, contractors, and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant’s participation in the competition or for any other loss or damage, howsoever arising.
31. The Promoter may require the winners (at no fee) to consent in writing to endorse, promote and/or advertise any service of the Promoter.
32. By submitting your entry, you grant consent for the content you submitted to be used in a tournament activation.
33. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendments shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions.
34. If required to do so, because of legislative or regulatory reasons, the promotional competition may be terminated immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights they have as a result of the termination and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents, contractors and/or sponsors.
35. All claims for the prize will be subject to a security and validation check.
36. All participants agree to be bound by these completion rules.
37. Prize includes:
    1. Breakfast for two at either The Maslow Sandton or Time Square.
    2. BMW shuttle from The Maslow Sandton or Time Square to Sun City Resort.
    3. One room for two adults for up to three nights at Sun City Resort (hotel to be determined by the Promoter by the end of November 2024).
       Your day of attendance at the Hospitali-TEE lounge will determine the nights of your stay as follows:
       • Thursday ticket holders will win a stay from Wednesday to Friday (inclusive of both days).
       • Friday ticket holders will win a stay from Friday to Sunday (inclusive of both days).
       • Saturday ticket holders will win a stay from Friday to Sunday (inclusive of both days).
       • Sunday ticket holders will win a stay from Saturday to Sunday (inclusive of both days).
    4. A game drive for two through the Pilanesberg Nature Reserve.
    5. Two tickets to the beach party, if you have Hospitali-TEE tickets for the Thursday.
    6. VIP access and lunch at the Gary Player Country Club for the three days you are at the Sun City Resort.
    7. Two hat and shirt vouchers from the Pro Shop.
    8. A round of golf at the Lost City Golf Course including a golf cart and access to the halfway house. Caddies not included.
    9. BMW shuttle from Sun City Resort to The Maslow Sandton or Time Square.
